Functieomschrijving
In order to create common technical standards to provide a high quality grid combined with cost effective solutions due to increased purchasing efficiency, we are looking for an external senior advisor to help us identify the best common technical solutions going forward
- Identify technical best practice solutions for all high Voltage equipment (transformers, switchgear, cables, …)
- Help identify common purchasing opportunities by sharing experience with various suppliers (European and non-European)
- Help challenge current standards and practices that get in the way of agreeing and adopting common standards
Vaardigheden
- Ideally having worked in a senior technical role at a European TSO, preferably with a group structure or Industry engineering like Siemens, ABB, Alstom, Tractebel
- University degree in engineering
- Management & project experience/skills appreciated
- Analytic skills,
- Leadership
- Decisive capabilities
- Target orientation
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch, German or French is a plus
Ervaring
- Experience as chief technology officer, Asset mgr, chief system designer/chief equipment designer or comparable by experience
- Professional experience >15 years
