Descriptif de fonction

yYou will be part of the Talent Acquisiton Team.

In accordance with the Business managers, you will develop a pool of candidates around several competencies and profiles.

  • You search and source all the profiles on social media and data base.
  • You analyse the cv's, call the candidate, screen them.
  • You manage your planning to meet the candidates.
  • You prepare the Technical files for all candidate you want to present.
  • You fill all the information in the CRM data base.
  • You propose opportunities to the candidate, you communicate and negociate if it's needed.
  • You follow all candidates during the selection process. You always make personnal follow up on each.
  • You represent Evolia through your network and expand it.

You communicate easily with enthousiasm on each action you made.

You share your ideas.

You are a major player in the company's development.


  • You communicate mostly IN DUTCH
  • You hold a Degree in Business, HR or equivalent
  • You are interested in the high technologies, information systems world
  • You are dynamic and result driven
  • You are team-player, curious, imaginative & communicative 


  • You have a first experience in recruitment, ideally in a consulting company and/or on engineering profiles
