Descriptif de fonction
As an entrepreneur, you will:
- Acquire and develop your own client portfolio though several networking and commercial actions
- Define and implement a business strategy in line with the overall activities of our company
- Be responsible for all aspects of the business including recruitment (search and strategy) and career management of high qualified engineers
- Negotiate price settings and contracts in order to manage your own P&L
Compétences
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree (Sales, Economy, Business Management, Engineering, HR, …)
- You have previous successful experience (0 to 5 years)
- Experience as Business Development or account management, within an engineering environment is an asset
- Fluent in French, Dutch, English is an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Assertive, pro-active and result oriented
