Descriptif de fonction

As an entrepreneur, you will:                                              

  • Acquire and develop your own client portfolio though several networking and commercial actions
  • Define and implement a business strategy in line with the overall activities of our company
  • Be responsible for all aspects of the business including recruitment (search and strategy) and career management of high qualified engineers
  • Negotiate price settings and contracts in order to manage your own P&L


  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree (Sales, Economy, Business Management, Engineering, HR, …)
  • You have previous successful experience (0 to 5 years)
  • Experience as Business Development or account management, within an engineering environment is an asset
  • Fluent in French, Dutch, English is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Assertive, pro-active and result oriented
