Descriptif de fonction
- Works as an HVAC engineer independently in various datacenter projects
- Participate in the HVAC design of the projects, in particular evaluate :
- the most appropriate technical solutions
- the detailed design and calculation
- the project planning
- the budget
- Make sure that the projects assigned will be executed in accordance with :
- applicable regulations
- the quality system and the H&S rules of the client
- Responsible for ensuring that the budget, the timing and the quality of the engineering & execution works is as required
- Answer to the wishes and needs of the client
- Keep up with the standards, guidelines and new techniques and developments in the discipline and report these to the team members
- Work together with internal and external partners (such as architects, other design and engineering consultancies, contractors during the construction phase, etc.) and clients in a constructive way
Compétences
- Degree / qualification : Master or bachelor degree in engineering, building services
- Design Standards / (local)regulations
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge in Aeraulics & hydraulic : piping, ventilation, thermal energy production :
- HVAC : Aeraulics & hydraulic (piping, ventilation, cooling…)
- Heat pumps
- Pv installations
- Geothermal installations
- Knowledge of Dynamic Energy simulations & sustainable solutions is a plus
- Knowledge of plumbing is a plus
- Knowledge of Autocad
- Knowledge of BIM software (REVIT, Naviswork, Stabicad…)
- Languages : French : very good (speaking and writing), English: very good (speaking and writing) and Dutch is a real asset
Expériences
- 5 years of experience in HVAC Engineering/Design (Datacenters is an asset)
