Descriptif de fonction
Prerequisites : Responsibilities
- Contract development: Assist in the development, review, and negotiation of contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors involved in the project
- Contract administration: Manage and administer all contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including change orders, claims, and dispute resolution
- Subcontractor management: Oversee the performance of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions, and resolving any issues or disputes
- Payment processing: Review and approve subcontractor invoices for payment, ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with contract terms and project budgets
- Risk management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts, including contract disputes, delays, and cost overruns
- Legal compliance: Ensure that all contractual activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, including contract agreements, change orders, and correspondence
- Communication: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including the project manager, owner, and subcontractors, regarding contract-related matters
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams to ensure contract terms are aligned with company policies and objectives
- Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes that arise
Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with previous team leadership experience
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external design teams, including planning and managing the collaboration process
- Participate in project meetings and presentations to present BIM progress and clash detection reports
- Liaise with design teams, project managers, and clients to ensure project goals are met
- Ability to prioritise workload, work to deadlines, and manage effectively under pressure
Compétences
Qualifications:
- Excellent understanding of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) services
- Ability to coordinate MEP services within a 3D modelling environment
- Experience working in a data center design environment (advantageous)
- Proficiency in G Suite applications (advantageous)
- Experience working in a global business environment (advantageous)
Expériences
- Experience with B360, ACC, Navisworks Manage, Revit, and AutoCAD
